Ms Thembekile Phylicia Makhubele

Founder & Director

Ms Thembekile Phylicia Makhubele is a Business Transformation & Organisational Effectiveness Specialist with over 33 years of professional experience, including 14 years at senior and executive leadership level.

She has held senior provincial, national, and intergovernmental leadership roles, including Head of Monitoring & Evaluation, Provincial Director, Chief Director: Professional Ethics, and Chief Provincial Coordinator (equivalent to a COO function), leading oversight, coordination, and system-wide reform across complex, decentralised environments.

Her leadership integrates strategic human resource management, organisational development, performance systems, ethics, applied mediation practice, and data governance, positioning the firm to support institutions dealing with organisational risk, investigations, grievances, cultural breakdown, and performance failure.
